The council is scheduled for a public hearing at its 6 p.m. meeting Tuesday at Town Hall, which could be followed by a vote on second reading of an ordinance that would, “establish prohibitions on the sale, dispensation, and cultivation of marijuana in the Township of Toms River.” The measure was approved 6-0 with one abstention…
