WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A dispute call escalated into a serious arrest after a confrontation turned violent and led to charges involving a weapon.

The incident happened Wednesday, March 25 on Orchard Crest Boulevard, where officers responded to a disturbance.

An investigation led to the arrest of Frederick Alexander, 25, of Brick, who faces charges including aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

What began as a reported dispute quickly turned into a criminal case involving serious charges.
