ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The Atlantic City Police Department recovered three stolen vehicles in separate incidents on November 21, leading to the arrests of four individuals, including a juvenile, officials announced Saturday.
The first recovery occurred at approximately 11:20 a.m. in the first block of North Sovereign Avenue. Officers Thomas Gilardi and Tyler Daily located a vehicle reported stolen earlier that day. Jy’heem Benjamin-Hannah, 20, and a 16-year-old male, both of Atlantic City, were arrested at the scene. Benjamin-Hannah was found in possession of a small amount of heroin and allegedly provided false information to the officers.
Later, at 5:15 p.m., Officer Keith Jordan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had been reported stolen several days earlier. The driver, identified as 30-year-old Nadiyah Wyatt of Atlantic City, was arrested and found to have multiple outstanding warrants.
The third incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m., when Officers Kyle Bender and William Harned located a vehicle stolen earlier in the day in a parking garage. Floyd Mitchell, 40, of Essex, Maryland, was arrested as the driver.
