BALTIMORE, MD – The counter has reset after a year that was 335 homicides in the city of Baltimore. Early in the morning Baltimore police responded to a stabbing call. On January 1, 2021, at approximately 4:15 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1200 block of North Stricker Street for a report of a cutting. Once at the location, Officers located a 33 year-old female suffering from stab wounds to the chest. The victim was transported to an area hospital where she later died.
