BRICK TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That HFZ Super Dome, LLC and M&M at Route 70, LLC have applied to the Township of Brick Planning Board for minor subdivision approval and for preliminary and final major site plan approval to subdivide property into two (2) lots and to construct an indoor and outdoor sports facility as well as two (2) retail buildings and one (1) restaurant at 770, 774 & 780 NJ Route 70, otherwise known as Block 702, Lots 30 and 31 in the Township of Brick, New Jersey. The applicant, HFZ Super Dome, LLC seeks to develop the rear lot with a multi-building sports complex which includes indoor basketball and soccer, outdoor volleyball, a jogging path and outdoor turf area. The applicant M&M at Route 70, LLC seeks to develop the front lot with three (3) buildings consisting of one (1) restaurant and two (2) retail buildings. The applicants seek bulk variances for rear yard setback of proposed buildings: 50′ required, 20′ proposed; maximum lot coverage: 25% allowed, 30.2% proposed; and maximum impervious coverage: 65% allowed, 80.3% proposed. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers as required by law or Brick Township including but not limited to any existing non-conformities at the site and reapproval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. The applicant may seek any other variances or waivers caused by any revisions to the plans requested or dictated by the Board or as may be required to address any concerns raised by public comment. This application will be heard by the Brick Township Planning Board at a public meeting on December 12, 2018 at the Brick Township Municipal Building located at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.
