An early morning dispute escalated into a violent attack in the Bronx, leaving two men slashed and a suspect on the run.

Bronx, NY – Police are searching for an unidentified man accused of slashing two victims during an assault early Saturday morning in the 44th Precinct.

The incident occurred at approximately 2:10 a.m. in front of 751 Walton Avenue. According to the NYPD, a 23-year-old man and a 29-year-old man were approached by the suspect, who engaged them in a verbal dispute before leaving the area.

Authorities said the suspect returned shortly after armed with a sharp cutting instrument and attacked both victims. The 23-year-old man was slashed in the left palm, while the 29-year-old man suffered cuts to the right side of his face and left hand.

Suspect fled after returning to scene armed

Following the нападение, the suspect fled the scene on foot. Police have not released a description of the individual, and no arrests have been made.
