After mandatory state and federal taxes, amounting to 28 percent, Jodi will take home $360,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cenco, located at 3769 Center Rd in Brunswick. Jodi mentioned that she would not have visited this location had she not met her boyfriend, who lives nearby.
Jodi plans to share her winnings with her family. She aims to set up accounts for her grandchildren’s future use and is planning a Christmas vacation. She also bought her boyfriend a new car.
Jodi expressed her joy in giving, stating that making people smile brings her happiness.
