Warminster man arrested in child porn case after Snapchat tip

Warminster, PA — A Bucks County man is behind bars after investigators say he uploaded and shared child sexual abuse material through a Snapchat account, leading to his arrest and detention on multiple felony charges.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said it received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alleging that a Snapchat user had saved and shared explicit images of children. Detectives identified the account owner as Kyle Binder of Harting Circle, Warminster.

A search warrant for the Snapchat account records uncovered numerous graphic images and videos involving prepubescent females. Further investigation revealed Binder also spent time at a residence on Cavalier Court in Bensalem. Bucks County and Bensalem detectives executed warrants there and seized three mobile devices linked to the account. A forensic review of the devices showed additional child sexual abuse material depicting both male and female children.
