The Buffalo Police Department said Olivia Starks, also known as Vicky Starks, was reported missing and may be in the areas of Kenmore, Tonawanda, or Amherst. Officials warned that due to her age, the situation is considered critical as time passes without confirmed sightings.

“The Buffalo Police Department needs the public’s help in locating at-risk, missing 90-year-old Olivia Starks, AKA Vicky Starks,” the department said in a public notice.

Starks is described as a Black female with a medium complexion, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 100 pounds. She has black and gray hair and may be wearing a wig, along with a long green coat. Police said she has brown eyes.

Authorities added that she may be operating a blue, four-door Chevrolet Cruze, expanding the potential search area beyond Buffalo into nearby suburban communities.
