MOORESTOWN, N.J. — A 28-year-old Moorestown man has been arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material following an investigation by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, officials announced Wednesday.
Kevin T. Kramarski was taken into custody at his home and is currently being held at the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly pending a detention hearing scheduled for next week in Superior Court. Prosecutors said Kramarski faces charges including possession of CSAM with intent to distribute, distribution of CSAM, possession of CSAM, and contempt of court.

Search warrant leads to seizure of electronic devices
Authorities executed a search warrant at Kramarski’s Moorestown residence, where they seized multiple electronic devices. These items will be examined by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit as part of the ongoing investigation.
The charges stem from findings that Kramarski actively sought to purchase CSAM online and engaged in chats with juveniles, requesting explicit images from them, prosecutors said.
Probe launched after tip from national exploitation watchdog
The investigation began after the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children provided information about Kramarski’s online activities to local authorities. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, with support from the Moorestown Township Police Department, conducted the investigation leading to the arrest.
Detective Jillian Marin of the BCPO is serving as the lead investigator on the case. The matter will be prepared for presentation to a grand jury for possible indictment.
Prosecutor’s Office part of Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force
Kramarski is being prosecuted by the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit. Officials noted that the BCPO is a member of the New Jersey Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which focuses on targeting and preventing online exploitation of minors.
All charges are accusations, and Kramarski is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
