Dc girl, 15, vanishes from maryland avenue

Washington, DC — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Stefany Campos, who was last seen Saturday evening in the 1000 block of Maryland Avenue NE.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Stefany was reported missing at approximately 5:45 p.m. on May 17. She is described as a Hispanic female, 5’1″ tall and weighing 120 pounds, with black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

Police said she was last seen wearing blue jeans, a cream-colored hoodie, and white shoes. No further details have been released regarding the circumstances of her disappearance.

The case is being handled by MPD’s Youth and Family Engagement Division, with support from the Real Time Crime Center.
