Newport News, VA – The remains of Tyreek Lemar Vincent, a missing person from Newport News, were found on Dafia Drive in Hampton on Wednesday during an investigation by local authorities. Vincent’s disappearance had been under scrutiny, and a tip aided by technology led to the discovery. The Newport News Police have now launched a homicide investigation.

Police Chief Steve Drew expressed gratitude for the collaboration between detectives and the Hampton Police Division.
