Drug Arrest Made Following Traffic Stop in East Boston

East Boston, MA – Members of the Drug Control Unit of District A-7 arrested Adrian Salmoran, 22, of Revere, and Kevin Cartagena, 19 of Winthrop in connection with firearm and drug charges. Officers were involved in an ongoing drug investigation when the arrests were made after a traffic stop in the area. The suspects are scheduled to appear in East Boston District Court.
