JACKSON – A free weekly tax assistance workshop will be held by AARP from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. starting Feb. 4 at the Jackson Branch of the Ocean County Library, 2 Jackson Drive.
Appointments are required and must be made in advance. The workshops will be held every Thursday through April 14. The program is free and open to the public. There is no age requirement.
Participants must bring photo identification, Social Security cards or other official documents that contain their Social Security Number. They must also provide the previous year’s tax returns as well as all tax documents.
