This latest legal move aims to uncover details about his financial connections with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, a charity associated with the September 11 attacks.

The subpoena was issued by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, which represents several parties including Shaye Moss, a defamed Georgia election worker, and Dominion Voting Systems, the voting technology company that Giuliani publicly claimed was involved in rigging the 2020 Presidential election.

Also represented is Noelle Dunphy, a former employee who has brought a lawsuit against Giuliani alleging sexual assault, harassment, and unpaid wages.

This development follows Giuliani’s appearance at a memorial event organized by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation on the 19th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
