Wilkes-Barre, PA – The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department reported an incident of harassment involving Juan Rincon, 34, from Kingston, PA, and a 34-year-old female victim from Wilkes-Barre, PA. The victim visited the Police Headquarters on South Franklin Street to report receiving threatening text messages from Rincon.

The victim alleged that Rincon had been sending multiple messages containing threats of physical harm. The incident occurred on May 10th, 2024, at 10:00 p.m., prompting the victim to seek assistance from law enforcement. Following the report, Rincon was cited for harassment by the authorities.

Efforts to ensure the victim’s safety and well-being were undertaken promptly after the report was filed, with the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department handling the case professionally. Rincon’s citation serves as a legal measure to address the reported harassment.
