It doesn’t get more heartless than this folks…..this handsome young pup thought he was going out for a walk one day but instead, his owner walked him right up to some railroad tracks, tied him to the tracks, and left him there. Thank goodness someone spotted him before it was too late. He has been named Rally, since our AHS Newark staff has all rallied around this sweet boy, and he is ready to put this whole awful mess behind him and start over. Rally is in our AHS Newark facility.
