Jackson prepares for annual Memorial Day parade and ceremony on May 26

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, N.J. – The Jackson Township community is invited to attend the annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 26, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., in honor of local veterans and fallen service members.

The parade will begin at Holman Elementary School, proceed down Manhattan Street, and conclude at Johnson Park, where a full lineup of community events will follow.

After the parade, attendees can participate in a memorial ceremony, along with enjoying food, vendors, giveaways, live music, and children’s activities at Johnson Park. Festivities will continue until 1:00 p.m.

Community members, local businesses, and organizations interested in joining the event as vendors or parade participants are encouraged to contact Sgt. Basso at mbasso@jacksontwpnj.net for more information.

The annual parade, hosted by the VFW and Jackson PBA provides an opportunity for Jackson residents to come together to honor veterans and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the nation.
