BOSTON, MA – A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested on firearm-related charges in East Boston.

The incident occurred on Thursday, at approximately 10:32 PM. Officers from District A-7 responded to a report at 149 Brooks Street of a juvenile male with a gun.

On arrival, officers located a firearm in the residence and subsequently arrested the juvenile.

Charges against the juvenile include unlawful possession of a firearm, ammunition, a large capacity feeding device, and possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number.

The juvenile is expected to be arraigned in the East Boston District Court.
