The winning ticket was purchased at BP 205, located at 205 Lowell Ave in Central Islip. The prize corresponds to the Feb. 13 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing.

TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with numbers selected from one through 39. Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed for up to one year from the date of the drawing.
