BALTIMORE — A 21-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly attempting to break into vehicles and ultimately stealing one. The incident occurred around 12:20 AM in the 100 block of South President Street.

Police were initially called to investigate reports of an individual tampering with parked cars. Shortly thereafter, it was reported that the suspect had stolen a vehicle and was seen driving away from the scene.
