Victim hospitalized after Monday afternoon shooting on East 34th Street
BALTIMORE, MD – Gunfire broke out on East 34th Street in Baltimore Monday afternoon, leaving a 35-year-old man shot and hospitalized as detectives opened an investigation into who pulled the trigger.
The shooting was reported at approximately 1:37 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of East 34th Street, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Officers find wounded man
Officers were initially dispatched for a report of a firearm being discharged.
When they arrived, they found the 35-year-old victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his body.
The man was transported to an area hospital, where police said he was listed in stable condition.
Detectives search for answers
