ETTERS, PA – The Newberry Township Police Department has announced the March arrest of a man alleged to have provided alcohol to minors.
On March 15, Edgar Plascencia was arrested after a police investigation in the 900 block of Conewago Avenue. Plascencia faces charges including one count of corruption of minors and one count of selling or furnishing liquor to minors.
The Newberry Police Department published the arrest bulletin on Sunday.
