UTICA, N.Y. – A man has died following a shooting Thursday on the 1000 block of Steuben Street, according to the Utica Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene after reports of gunfire and located a victim who was transported to Wynn Hospital. Police later confirmed that the man was pronounced dead.
Authorities said the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under active investigation, and no additional details about the suspect or motive have been released.
