McKEESPORT, Pa. — Detectives from the Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found on Lysle Boulevard in McKeesport on Monday morning.
At approximately 10:50 a.m., first responders were alerted by a 9-1-1 call reporting a male down in the 500 block of Lysle Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Allegheny County Police Department has not yet released the identity of the victim, and the investigation is in its early stages. Detectives are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
