MUNHALL, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s General Investigations Unit responded to a request for assistance in Munhall.

At approximately 2:17 a.m. on September 18, 2022, County 9-1-1 was notified of a possible shooting in the 4000 block of Center Avenue. First responders found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive. ACPD detectives are initiating the investigation.
