ROCKVILLE, Md. — Maryland State Police are calling on the public to help identify two individuals wanted in connection with a $1,600 identity theft and fraud case at a Target store in Rockville.
On March 3, 2025, a Worcester County resident reported to the Maryland State Police Berlin Barrack that their credit card had been fraudulently used. The Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division launched an investigation and obtained surveillance footage showing two suspects exiting the Target at 5700 Bou Avenue on March 2 and March 3.
