Massillon Shopper Wins Big with $50K Lottery Scratch-Off

MASSILLON, OH — An Ohio Lottery player has won $50,000 after purchasing a 50th Anniversary scratch-off ticket from a convenience store in Massillon.

The winning ticket was bought at Massillon Mini Mart, located at 2622 Lincoln Way NW, according to the Ohio Lottery Commission.

Following the mandatory state and federal tax deductions totaling 28 percent, the winner will receive approximately $36,000.

The 50th Anniversary scratch-off is a $50 game with a top prize of $600,000 annually for 25 years. As of August 26, two top prizes remain in the game.
