Toms River, NJ – A 35-year-old migrant male suspect is being held at the Ocean County Jail after authorities charged him with driving while suspended and found multiple outstanding warrants from New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jose Victor Ixcolin was committed to the Ocean County Jail on Monday, according to county inmate records.
Multiple warrants listed in inmate records
Jail records show Ixcolin is being held on a $3,000 cash bond in connection with a charge of driving on the revoked list under N.J.S.A. 39:3-40.
The inmate record also lists four outstanding warrants issued by Trenton Municipal Court totaling $1,200, along with an additional warrant from a Pennsylvania law enforcement agency.

Authorities have not released additional information about the circumstances surrounding the arrest or the underlying warrants.
His criminal record includes a smash and grab robbery where he broke into a store and stole a computer, just so he could be arrested. The motive: to be reunited with his brother who was in jail at the time. The incident happened in Trenton in 2016.
In 2017, Ixcolin, was charged by the New Jersey State Police with driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, limitation overtaking on the left, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicle at unsafe speed, careless driving and a vehicular hazard signal lamps violation along Route 15 northbound, Liberty Township; jailed in lieu of $10,000.
