Mechanical Problems Disrupt Evening Commute
All four cancellations were attributed to mechanical issues.
The service disruptions affected commuters traveling along the Jersey Shore during the afternoon and evening rush, with some passengers required to wait for later trains or use replacement buses.
NJ Transit riders can check current service conditions through the agency’s official rail alerts before heading to stations.
