Seaford man killed in fiery solo crash identified as investigation continues
SEAFORD, DE — A quiet roadway turned deadly Wednesday when a single-vehicle crash claimed the life of a 63-year-old Seaford man, now identified by Delaware State Police as Jorge Ruiz.
Ruiz was pronounced dead at the scene after his vehicle crashed under still-undisclosed circumstances. Emergency responders arrived to find a chaotic scene, and while details remain under investigation, police confirmed that no other vehicles or individuals were involved.
