BALTIMORE, MD – A man was shot and sent to the hospital after a shooting Thursday afternoon in the Morrell Park section of Baltimore. Police said at approximately 2:49 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers were called to the 2500 block of Washington Blvd for a report of a shooting.
“Once there, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound,” the Baltimore Police Department reported. “The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.”
