Passaic County player snags nearly half a million lottery haul

Hewitt player claims share of 472983 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot

Trenton, NJ – A Jersey Cash 5 ticket sold in Passaic County matched all five numbers in Friday’s drawing, awarding the player a $472,983 share of the $945,966 jackpot, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 03, 07, 14, 19 and 38. The Bullseye was 07 and the XTRA was 02.

The winning Passaic County ticket was sold by Jackpot (Courier), located at 355 Warwick Turnpike in Hewitt. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.

Additional prizes from the drawing included 51 players who matched four numbers and the Bullseye to win $500 each. Fourteen of those winners doubled their payout to $1,000 by playing the XTRA.

The jackpot reset to $150,000 for the following drawing.
