UTICA, NY – The pedestrian involved in a car accident on Genesee St at Shepherd Pl Court has died. Thomas Irvin, 57, of Utica, passed away due to injuries sustained in the accident.
The incident is under investigation by the Utica Police Department Accident Reconstruction Team.
At this time, no tickets have been issued.
