Piscataway, NJ – The Piscataway Township Police Department is highlighting Officer Rincon for his compassionate response to a call involving an emotionally distressed man near Lowe’s Home Improvement.
According to the department, Officer Rincon responded to the incident and spent time sitting with the man in the grass, engaging him in conversation about cars, movies, and other shared interests rather than rushing the interaction.
