Police Investigating Robbery in Laurel

LAUREL, MD – A robbery incident occurred early Tuesday in Laurel, leading to an ongoing police investigation. At around 12:15 a.m., a 25-year-old man walking home on the 300 block of Ellerton South was confronted by two suspects.

The suspects, one described as a 40-year-old Hispanic male wearing a black t-shirt and tan shorts and the other as a 30-year-old Hispanic female in a green t-shirt and blue jeans, implied they were armed and demanded the victim’s property. After the victim complied, the suspects fled the scene in a black sedan.
