Washington, D.C. – Authorities are on high alert following a shooting incident in the 4000 block of Minnesota Avenue in Northeast D.C., which occurred shortly before 2 p.m. today. The D.C. Metro Police are actively searching for a suspect described as a black male, shirtless and armed with a handgun.
