WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. President Joe Biden had another word stumble this weekend as he mumbled through a speech to bid farewell to General Mark Milley.
In describing Milley’s career, it was unable to hear exactly what the President was saying at the time, but a review of the speech afterward allowed reporters to decipher ‘combat infantryman’ and ‘master parachuter’.
