Snow and cold weather is on the way. Please don’t leave your pets outside and if you see a pet outside with no shelter, please tell someone. They can’t speak up for themselves. If you are one of the members of our population that think it’s fine to have your dog chained to a tree 24/7, no matter what the weather is like, please unchain them and give them to someone that will make them a member of the family.
