Erick de Moura lived in the Champlain Towers South on the 10th floor. He played soccer and went to his girlfriends house the night before his condo, and the entire building collapsed. His girlfriend convinced him to stay over her house. He woke up the next morning and his phone was loaded with notifications, one from his building. He was told his condo collapsed.
