**Newark, NJ** – Newark Public Safety officials are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect involved in a home invasion that took place on November 16. During the incident, the suspect pointed a gun at a victim.

The invasion occurred around 5:45 p.m. after the suspect and an accomplice tried to steal an electric bike from a home on Elm Street. The bike owners pursued the suspects and managed to reclaim the bicycle after a confrontation. While the owners reported the theft at the Franklin Street precinct, the suspects returned to the home and forced their way inside, targeting a basement tenant and demanding their phone before fleeing.

The primary suspect is described as a tall, slender, light-skinned male, wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. The second suspect has a dark complexion, brown hair, medium build, and wore a blue and white jacket with multi-colored pants.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of a rifle and a handgun. Talley faces multiple charges, including Obstructing Official Business, Weapons Under Disability, Improperly Handling a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, and Resisting Arrest.

He also faced charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of Prohibited Weapons related to large capacity ammunition and hollow point bullets. **Baltimore, MD** – Eastern District officers in Baltimore responded to an armed robbery on the 700 block of E. North Avenue on Wednesday. The incident involved a 14-year-old male victim who was approached by two males demanding his phone.

The suspects reportedly pulled the victim to the ground and displayed a handgun. Following the robbery, the suspects fled the scene on foot, according to police reports.
