WASHINGTON, D.C. — A carjacking in a Southeast D.C. parking garage has left a community on alert as police search for suspects who fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle. The incident occurred around 6:23 p.m. on October 30, when the suspects approached the victim in the 400 block of 14th Street, Southeast, and one suspect brandished a handgun, demanding the car keys.

The victim complied, and the suspects escaped in the stolen car, a white 2019 Audi Q7 with Virginia license plate #2687EB. A second vehicle followed the suspects as they left the scene.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured images of both the suspects and the vehicle, which police have since released to the public.
