12-year-old among two juveniles arrested in armed robbery of 14-year-old in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Md. — Two juveniles, ages 12 and 14, have been arrested following an armed robbery in the 700 block of E. North Avenue on October 23, 2024.

Officers responded to the scene after a 14-year-old victim reported being approached by two males who pulled him to the ground, displayed a handgun, and demanded his phone. The victim complied, and the suspects fled on foot.

Detectives tracked the victim’s phone and located individuals matching the suspects’ description. Both juveniles were detained and transported to Juvenile Booking.

Further investigation revealed that the 12-year-old suspect had been arrested in connection with five previous robbery incidents.
