On Tuesday, at around 3:31 p.m., troopers were alerted to an alleged road rage-related assault on North Dupont Highway near Market Place. **Rehoboth Beach, DE** – Delaware State Police arrested Charles Gehman from Lynchburg, Virginia, for felony assault in Rehoboth Beach. The incident occurred on Saturday morning.

On March 8, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., there was a noise report from a protest near Popeye’s on Coastal Highway. During the response, officers discovered a 65-year-old man had been assaulted in the parking lot. The victim sustained minor injuries following a dispute over traffic and parking.
