TOMS RIVER, NJ – The countdown is on for one of New Jersey’s most anticipated community events as the Toms River Fire Company No. 1 readies to host its 86th annual Halloween Parade on October 31.
The event, hailed as the second-largest Halloween parade in the world, will once again transform Downtown Toms River into a spectacle of lights, costumes, and celebration.

Registration opens October 14
Parade registration begins on Tuesday, October 14, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will continue the next two Tuesdays before the parade. Participants can also register on parade day, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Toms River Fire Company No. 1 firehouse on Robbins Street.
The parade will step off promptly at 7 p.m. from the corner of Main Street and Highland Parkway, featuring elaborate floats, marching groups, costumed characters, and local organizations showcasing their creativity.
