Two Women Robbed by Male Suspect on NYC Subway

On Saturday, June 1, at approximately 2:30 PM, an unknown individual approached a 30-year-old female and a 31-year-old female on a southbound M train platform.

The individual displayed a firearm and demanded their necklaces. After removing the victims’ necklaces, the suspect fled the transit system on foot, heading southbound on Myrtle Avenue to an unknown location. No injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt, yellow sweatpants, white sneakers, a black hat, and a black mask. The suspect was also carrying a multi-colored bag.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the police.
