NEWARK, N.J. – Newark police are again asking for the public’s help to locate 19-year-old Aaliyah Bryant, who has been missing since August 2023.

Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. said Bryant was reported missing on August 30, 2023, after she was last seen the previous day in the 100 block of Chancellor Avenue.

Authorities said she has a history of running away, but efforts to locate her have so far been unsuccessful.

Police said she has been diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), conditions that may affect her judgment and safety.

Despite the passage of time, Newark police continue to circulate her photo and information, urging residents to remain alert for any sightings. Investigators said they are still actively following up on tips and potential leads.
