New Jersey Lottery officials said a Pick-6 ticket worth $5.9 million remains unclaimed just days before the prize expires on May 22.
The winning ticket was sold on May 22, 2025, at Eisenhower Exxon located at 550 Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland, Essex County.
Under New Jersey Lottery rules, players have exactly one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
With only days remaining before the deadline, lottery officials are urging players to search through wallets, drawers, vehicles and old jackets for forgotten tickets.
The unclaimed jackpot is tied to a Pick-6 drawing from last May and remains one of the largest outstanding lottery prizes in the state.
Officials encouraged players to scan tickets using the New Jersey Lottery mobile app or check numbers manually through the lottery’s website ticket checker.
If the ticket is not claimed by May 22, the multi-million-dollar prize will expire.
Lottery officials have not released the winning numbers again in the latest reminder but stressed that someone may unknowingly still possess the valuable ticket.
