Vineland Schools to Have More Police Security in Wake of Texas Mass Shooting

VINELAND, NJ – The Vineland Police Department will be increasing police presence at schools over the next few days in the wake of the school shooting in Texas that killed 19 students and three adults on Tuesday.

“Our hearts and thoughts are with those affected by the horrific tragedy in Uvalde, Texas. To ease concerns that parents, guardians, students, teachers and staff may have in response to this, the Vineland Police Department will have an increased law enforcement presence at Vineland schools in the coming days,” the Vineland Police Department said. “As always, if you see something, say something. We are stronger together.”
