Wall Township cops probe early morning vehicle break-ins across multiple neighborhoods

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police are investigating a series of burglaries targeting unlocked vehicles in several neighborhoods early Friday morning, and are asking residents to review surveillance footage for any suspicious activity.

The break-ins occurred between 4:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the areas of Logan Drive, Autumn Drive, and Riverside Terrace. According to the Wall Township Police Detective Bureau, the suspects targeted unlocked vehicles. It is not yet clear how many vehicles were entered or what items may have been stolen.

Authorities are urging residents in the affected areas to check home security cameras during the timeframe and report any unusual activity. Police also issued a reminder to lock vehicles, even in residential driveways, and to remove any valuables, including key fobs, wallets, and electronics.
